STUDIES FROM THE LIFE OF NEHEMIAH
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course consists of studies in portions of Nehemiah, especially the first four chapters, with a view to understand the history of Nehemiah and the restoration of Jerusalem, spiritual principles of restoration found in the book, principles of church order and ministry discovered in Nehemiah and how to apply these abiding principles to our lives today.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, the student shall have:
► Increased his/her awareness of the historical and political world of Nehemiah.
► Increased his/her appreciation of the value of Nehemiah to the biblical narrative.
► Increased his/her understanding of how God calls, equips and enables a person to do His will.
► Broadened his/her knowledge of the biblical order of the church today.
COURSE ACADEMICS
This course is worth four quarter units of credit in the degree programs of Embassy College.
Your Instructor

Dr. Ronald E. Cottle is the Founder and President Emeritus of Christian Life School of Theology (CLST Global), the Founder and President Emeritus of the Apostolic Council of Transformational Servant-Leaders (ACTS) and the Founder and President of the Embassy College (EC).
He received a diploma in Theology from Southeastern Bible Institute, Lakeland, Florida, a B.A. in English-Religion, Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, the M-Div. from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, Columbia, South Carolina, and both the Ph.D. in Religion and the M.S.Ed. and Ed.D. in Higher Education from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
